The replay now boxes every tracked object on every frame and flags each counted car in red at its moment of entry, with a timestamped log. The count comes with its evidence.

Two cars entering a zone simultaneously were sometimes merged as one track-ID switch. Event dedupe now merges only tracks that never coexist in the same frames.

Replaced the box-center test with a 5×5 sample grid requiring 25% overlap. Partial passes along a zone edge now register.

Click-to-lock on people now works in low light. Upscaled localized re-detection recovers targets the full-frame pass misses at night.

Detection overlays now follow feed zoom and pan correctly, and car locks no longer drift during sustained camera motion.

Translucent surfaces, quieter incident log, cleaner area controls. Overlays render browser-native instead of being baked into the stream, which also removed the video lag.

First cut of the edge runtime: reliable single-target tracking with the instrument-style operator UI, frosted label chips, and stable trails.
